Security and Privacy

Campus Photography International (CPI) takes your privacy very seriously. All information gathered to complete a transaction is collected and used for that purpose only, unless otherwise indicated and approved by you.

All personal and financial information (i.e. credit card numbers) are processed through our merchant bank account using a secure third party processor. Only the last four digits of your card number are retained for record purposes after your purchase is approved.

CPI does not share your information outside the normal course of completing your requested transaction.

Return Policy

Refunds for prepaid underclass packages (non-proofed) are available when returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds for proofed packages are available for technical or production flaws only.

Refunds are not offered on the purchase of digital images.

Shipping Methods

CPI returns all spring and fall underclass packages to the school at which they were taken for distribution. US Postal Service is used for FPO/APO schools. DHL or FedEx will be used for non-military school addresses.

Senior portrait orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Non US or military addresses are shipped via DHL or FedEx. US and military addresses are sent via US Postal Service.
